Welcome. I’m Elexi Waters.

This is your morning practice for grounding, clarity and energetic boundaries.

Gently close your eyes, if that feels comfortable. Place one hand over your heart and the other over your lower stomach.

Take a slow breath in through your nose. And gently release it through your mouth.

Pause.

Take another breath in. Let your shoulders soften as you breathe out.

You do not have to solve anything right now. You do not have to prepare for every possibility. For these next few moments, simply be here.

Pause.

Bring your attention to the weight of your body. Feel the surface beneath you.

Imagine roots extending from the bottoms of your feet, moving gently into the earth. These roots do not hold you down. They help you feel supported, steady and present.

Silently say: “I am here. I am grounded. I belong in my body.”

Pause.

Now imagine a small golden light glowing in the centre of your chest. With every breath, allow that light to expand.

It moves through your shoulders, down your arms, into your stomach, hips, legs and feet. It rises through your throat, your face and the top of your head.

Your entire body is held inside this warm golden light.

Pause.

Allow the light to extend around you, creating a comfortable boundary. You choose how close or spacious it feels.

This boundary is not a wall. Love may enter. Kindness may enter. Truth may enter. But pressure, confusion and energy that does not support you may remain outside.

Pause.

Silently repeat: “My energy belongs to me. I can care without carrying. I can listen without absorbing. I can love without abandoning myself. I choose what I allow into my space.”

Pause.

Think about the day ahead. Imagine yourself moving through it calmly.

You do not need to react to everything. You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to step away. You are allowed to protect your peace.

Pause.

Take one final breath into your golden light. As you exhale, feel yourself becoming clear, steady and present.

Move your fingers and toes. When you are ready, gently open your eyes.

Carry this reminder with you: “My heart can remain open while my boundaries remain strong.”

Thank you for sharing this moment with me. I’m Elexi Waters. Return to this meditation whenever you need to come home to yourself.

Return to Yourself

Release emotional heaviness and gently bring your attention back to yourself.

Welcome. I’m Elexi Waters.

This meditation is for the moments when you feel emotionally heavy, overstimulated or affected by the people and places around you.

Find a comfortable position. If it feels safe, gently close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in. Hold it softly. And release.

Pause.

You may have been listening to someone, supporting someone, working in a busy environment, reading for another person or carrying a feeling you cannot quite explain.

You do not need to identify where every feeling came from. You only need to notice what is present.

Pause.

Ask yourself gently: “What am I feeling in my body right now?”

Do not judge the answer. Notice your chest, your stomach, your jaw and your shoulders. Simply observe.

Pause.

Imagine a soft shower of light flowing from above your head. Choose whatever colour feels calming to you.

Allow this light to move slowly over your body: across your head and face, down your neck and shoulders, through your arms and hands, across your chest, stomach and back, and down through your hips, legs and feet.

Pause.

As the light moves, imagine pressure and emotional heaviness gently loosening. There is nothing to fight. Nothing to pull away. Let what no longer serves you fall away naturally.

Pause.

Silently say: “I release what I do not need to carry. I release the pressure to fix everyone. I release emotions that do not belong to this moment. I return to my own centre.”

Pause.

Now imagine small pieces of your attention returning to you from every conversation, every worry, every person you have been thinking about and every place where you left your focus today.

See your attention returning as tiny points of warm light. Let them settle gently inside your heart.

Pause.

Say: “I call my attention back to myself. I welcome my presence home. I am allowed to be whole. I am allowed to rest.”

Pause.

Imagine a calm boundary forming around your body. Inside this space, you can hear your own thoughts, feel your own emotions and recognize your own needs.

You do not have to take responsibility for every feeling around you. Compassion does not require you to sacrifice yourself.

Pause.

Place both hands over your heart. Take a slow breath in. And as you breathe out, say: “I am here. I am myself. I am enough.”

Pause.

Begin to notice the room around you. Move your shoulders, hands and feet. When you feel ready, open your eyes.

Drink some water and give yourself a few quiet moments before returning to your day.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you. I’m Elexi Waters. Come back whenever you need to release, reset and return to yourself.

The Gentle Closing

Quiet your awareness, close the day and give your mind and body permission to rest.

Welcome. I’m Elexi Waters.

This meditation will help you gently close the day, quiet your awareness and prepare your mind and body for rest.

Lie down or settle into a comfortable position. Allow your eyes to close.

Take a slow, easy breath. There is nowhere else you need to be. Nothing else you need to complete right now. The day is finished.

Pause.

Breathe in slowly. And as you breathe out, allow your body to become heavier.

Soften your forehead. Relax your jaw. Let your shoulders drop. Unclench your hands. Allow your stomach to soften. Let your legs and feet rest.

Pause.

Imagine that the events of today are pages in a book. You do not have to erase them. You do not have to understand them tonight.

Simply imagine closing the book and placing it somewhere safe. You may return to anything important tomorrow. Tonight is for rest.

Pause.

Silently say: “I release this day. I release unfinished conversations. I release questions that do not need answers tonight. I give myself permission to rest.”

Pause.

Now imagine a soft light surrounding your bed. It may be gold, white, blue or any colour that brings you peace.

This light creates a quiet resting space around you. Inside this space, you are not available for demands. You are not responsible for anyone else’s emotions. You do not need to search for messages or answers. You may simply sleep.

Pause.

If you have been doing readings, spiritual work or caring for others, imagine gently closing that work for the night.

Picture a beautiful door in front of you. Thank the day for whatever it taught you. Then slowly and peacefully close the door.

You are not rejecting your intuition. You are choosing rest. You can open the door again when you feel ready and grounded.

Pause.

Say: “My work is complete for today. My awareness may become quiet. My body is allowed to restore itself. Tonight, I choose peace.”

Pause.

Imagine warm light moving from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet. It passes through every part of you, inviting your muscles to relax.

Your breathing becomes natural. Your thoughts may come and go without needing your attention.

Pause.

Repeat slowly: “I am safe in this moment. I am supported. I am protected by my boundaries. I am allowed to rest deeply.”

Long pause.

You do not need to open your eyes. Let my voice begin to fade into the background. Let your breathing carry you toward sleep.

The day is closed. Your body may rest. Your mind may soften. Your energy may become quiet.

Good night. I’m Elexi Waters, and this peaceful space will be here whenever you need to return.
